A Visit from Jordan & Jacob

Uncle Jordan and Jacob came to visit and help celebrate Wyatt's 3rd birthday. We were so excited to have them come! Jacob and Wyatt are about 15 months apart in age so it is cute to see them interact. We all piled into one car for getting around while they were here. Wyatt loved having someone to sit next to him.
Here are the boys playing with the toy computers on our way to dinner.
Here are the little boys playing in the backyard with Tucker.
We spent a lot of time outdoor with the boys playing in the sandbox, playing with the soccer ball, riding the tricycle & car, and playing on the swing set. It was quite fun.
Here are the boys playing together in the sandbox.
Here is Wyatt teaching Jacob all about the tummy swing. It was hilarious watching Jacob put his arms out like superman and try to swing.
After all that outdoor play, some dirty boys needed a bath. They had fun playing in the tub especially with the squirt bottle. Wyatt was definitely loving shooting everyone. On Sunday we took the boys to one of the parks we play at often. They had fun running around, sliding, and swinging. Here are a few pics of their adventures. After all that hard play and some lunch, both boys crashed out in the car. It is hard to tell, but Jacob is asleep with the toy still in his lap.Sunday was a rather HOT day, so after some good naps, I got the boys ready to go play in the new sprinkler Wyatt got for his birthday. Once the big boys got back from their movie, it was outside for some water fun! Wyatt was loving playing in the sprinkler, catching water and either throwing it at Matt & Jordan or spitting it back onto the ground. Gross! Jacob, on the other hand, was not such a fan and pretty much kept his distance saying it was "cold".
What's better than a popcorn snack to spoil your dinner after a hard day of playing. Hmmm.
To round out all our fun, Matt & Wyatt got out the Tinker Toys he got for his birthday and constructed some fun. Matt really did most of the work, and Wyatt loved tearing it down afterwards.
We really had a blast playing with Jordan and Jacob. We were so happy they came to visit and can't wait to see them again soon!
