One Busy Week

This has been one busy, busy week around our house. For starters Wyatt continued on with swim lessons Grand gave him for his birthday. It has been great to see how much better he has gotten over this past week. We're hoping to get him more interested in getting his head under water by getting him some goggles this week. We'll see if it works. Wednesday Wyatt got a much needed haircut. He loves to get it cut "spiky". Such a cutie he is!
Also on Wednesday I took Walker to see the craniofacial specialist about the flat spot on the front left side of his head. I am happy to report that the doctor really thinks Walker will outgrow this, so no need for surgery or a special helmet. We will follow up again in two months to monitor his head growth. Yeah! I also weighed Walker Wednesday and he is a whopping 15 pounds!!! No wonder he is outgrowing his 6 month clothes at record speed. In other great news about Walker, he is sleeping THROUGH THE NIGHT!!! It started Monday night and has continued, so we tried in him his crib Thursday night and he continues to do great! Yeah!! This has made for happy, rested mommy & daddy! :)

Saturday was date day for Wyatt and I. We went to see Shrek. It was great to get out with just my fav 4 year old and spend one on one time with him. When we cae home Wyatt heped Daddy cut out cookies with our new Star Wars cookie cutters.

To finish our weekend I took Walker over to see Grammie and Papa as it had been over a month since thet last got a chance to see and play with him. He was quite awake and interactive for our visit which is what I was hoping for as he has gotten bigger and getting more of a sleep, eat & play schedule.

We are looking forward to another busy, busy week with more swim lessons, playtime, and a visit from CiCi and cousin Ryan. Whew! Going to be one busy summer of fun!
