Summer Play & Independence Day

We have just been having fun playing, playing and playing this week. What else do boys do best?!!!

Wyatt got a package from CiCi with lots of patriotic goodies. Here is our little Yankee doodle!

I bought a play tray to attach to the Bumbo now that Walker is doing so well sitting up. All the boys had fun playing with toys. Walker is such a chunk that his thighs barely fit in the Bumbo, but he does have a blast sitting up and playing.

We have been practicing rolling on to the belly, but once I get Walker on his belly, he has become all about staying there. He LOVES tummy time now and checking out that super cute baby looking back at him. It is too cute to hear him coo at the mirror and drool up a storm.

We had a very relaxing 4th of July. We hung out around the house. Wyatt and Matt played outside a bunch while Matt smoked chicken and ribs. We had planned on going to watch some fireworks, but both boys refused to take naps and were quite wiped out by bedtime. Maybe next year.

We have had a great start to our July and plan on continuing with all the playtime! Hope everyone had a fun and safe fourth! We are looking forward to the addition of a new niece or nephew this Tuesday! Good luck Lindsey & Jordan! Can't wait to see pics!
