Catching up on the blog: July

July has been busy with all sorts of stuff.  From working and playing around the house to camps for Wyatt and pure summer enjoyment.  Here are my precious boys on July 4th.  These days it takes about 20 shots before both boys are looking at the camera and not making some sort of goofy face.  (I keep those pics too.  They are funny!)

And here is our sweet Sawyer.  He has grow to be a whopping 4 pounds and is still ALL puppy.  The boys enjoy him and his antics.  We have taught him how to play fetch and hope to teach him a few more tricks. 

One afternoon while mommy was working hard to wrap up some school assignments before vacation, Matt kept the boys (and Sawyer too) busy with a slip n slip in the back yard.  The boys loved running and sliding.  Sawyer got in on the action too!  Such a fun, classic way to spend a summer afternoon.

 

I haven't posted pics of our big kitchen renovation that we are in the midst of.  It is a work in progress and I promise to post pics of the progression when it's all done.  I can't wait for it to be done.  It is some serious work, but I know it will be worth it!

Stay tuned for pics from our week in Destin!  We have been having a blast at the beach enjoying the pool, sand, and ocean.  Unfortunately, the wi-fi here is a bit spotty, so I will post the pics as soon as I get back home.
