Easing into a New Year

We have spent this first week of 2017 hanging out and playing without a whole lot going on which has been fabulous.  We started off by taking down and packing away all the Christmas decor.  It always make the house seem so empty, so I brought out the winter decor.  This fluffy snowman is adding a special touch for sure.
Lillian has been rocking pjs a bunch with her own special touches of boots!
I have been wanting little wooden deer for on top of our entertainment center to add a little winter decor.  I have had time to be crafty this week, so I sketched out the pieces and Matt got them cut out for me to paint.  I think they look so cute.  The kids sure do love them.
In case you need a little dose of joy.  .  .
Bath time with these bathing beauties!
Our sweet Madeline has figured out how to play peek a boo!  Love!
Friday we woke up to the first snow of 2017!!  Yay!!  It snowed all morning long.  The boys went out to play in it for a bit while the girls napped and stayed warm.
Daddy's littlest helper.  Love the little arm wrapped around his.
Wyatt had a friend over Friday to spend the night, and I got a good laugh watching them play with Lillian and her girly toys.  Wyatt is such a great big bro to include her.
It has been a nice, relaxing start to 2017.  Tomorrow school starts back and so begins the busy routines and activities!
