Easing into the Christmas season

We have spent the week back to school after the Thanksgiving break and easing into the Christmas season which we know will be SUPER busy.  The elves sent a special package for the kiddos that held Christmas pajamas along with a little note to build up the anticipation of their arrival on December 1st.

I am soaking up as many of these precious moments as possible as this little one will be 2 in just a short 3 months! Cue big tears!!

I finished up a blanket for one of Matt's coworkers who is expecting a baby boy.  I think it turned out beautiful!
Walker showed me one evening that he had a little issue with his shoe.  Wowzer!!  Boys are so dang hard on their shoes!!  So, at 7pm we headed off to the store to remedy this issue asap!
Oh, you know!  Just relaxing and catching some Christmas flicks!
This girl and a baby doll.  Always!
Our elves, Scout and Snowflake arrived as promised on December 1st!  The kids are super excited to have them back and see what that do this year!
Sure enough, those little stinkers toilet papered our upstairs Christmas tree!
Yesterday was a full afternoon.  Wyatt, Lillian and Madeline headed over to Grammie and Papa's house to help decorate the Christmas tree and decorate cookies.  They had so much fun!
Walker had to miss fun with Grammie and Papa because he had some fun of his own playing in his very first basketball game!  He did a great job and learned a lot.
This morning we woke up to find out elves had decorated our gallery wall with some mustaches!  They also left a little warning note for Walker as he didn't make the best choices around bedtime last night.  We certainly has been on his best behavior today!
We are looking forward to seeing what our elves are up to this week along with seeing Santa, getting our Christmas cards mailed, baking cookies for orders, school projects, and so much more!!
