Trains Trains Trains

This weekend Wyatt had quite the calendar of events. He started his weekend by spending the day with his favorite lady (that's me, the mommy). I took him to see the "docer" to recheck his ears & tell us if we need tubes again. Yea! His ears are perfect and no surgery for now! He is finally cutting his 2 year molars. So glad to be in the home stretch for teething. Dr. Patton commented on how big Wyatt is getting, and it is so true. Wyatt sat in the chair next to me while Dr. Patton checked him out. He placed his hand on top of mine and just patted ever so gently as if to say, "it's okay, Mommy." Melts my heart that this precious gift of mine is growing up into quite the precious little boy.

Friday night Wyatt spent the night with his Grammie & Papa. He always has a blast with them and manages to steal their hearts with everything he does.

Finally, today we took Wyatt to the Train Expo. Wyatt is quite the train fanatic. They had all sorts of trains running, even one he could operate while riding. I wish the pictures were better because words cannot express the HUGE grin & laughter that filled the air as he rode the train. It was truly PRICELESS! We rounded out the evening by going to see two of Daddy's old friends from Odessa. I wish I had my camera. Uncle Matt was teaching Wyatt one awesome handshake, which, Matt, he attempted to show me as he was getting ready for bed tonight. Too cute! What a great weekend. Now we just need the week to rest up. ;)

Watching the trains. There were at least 8 running at the same time!

Having a blast on the train ride!
