Laid Back Lil Weekend

We didn't do a whole lot this past weekend, just some good ole fun around the house. During the week I took some cute pictures of Wyatt in preparation for a Valentine's card. (Stay tuned for the finished card.) Here are a few of the many faces of Wyatt.

Wyatt is such the boy! His favorite attire these days is a t-shirt, underwear (no pants of course), some kind of hat, all topped off with one dirty face. Wouldn't be Wyatt without a dirty face. His newest thing is to swipe his snotty nose along his sleeve. What is up with every toddler I know doing this?!? How gross! I am working hard to curtail this nasty behavior and get him to GO GET A TISSUE!!!!!! Oh, for this mom to raise a decent young man is some kinda work!!

Today's hat of choice was the engineer hat with a little chocolate on the face.

Today, Matt had to run into school on our way home from church to pick up a few things. These days Wyatt NEVER wants to wait in the car with mommy, and why would he. It is way more fun to get out and race daddy into the building.

Finally, we rounded out our weekend with a little Super Bowl nachos. Wyatt was quite the helper putting toppings on the nachos. He stole just a few little nibbles when daddy wasn't paying attention. Wyatt is becoming quite the little cook.

We hope everyone had a wonderful weekend. We can't believe it is February already. We are hoping for a few more days with snow. (Feb. is usually when that happens around here.) Other than that it should be a calm February. . .hopefully. (We do have a 2 1/2 year old at our house, so we'll just see how it goes. ;)
