Walker's 6 months old!!

Happy 6 months sweet baby Walker!Wow!! We can't believe how much joy you have brought to our lives these past 6 months!!

Our baby buckaroo is 6 months old today. We are so joyful and blessed to watch him grow, grow, grow!!

At 6 months you are:

- Still a fabulous eater if you can't tell by all the sweet chubby rolls. We have started baby food with you. You have done great with all the veggies and are working through the fruits. I think you are a bit shocked by the fruity, sweet flavor that it takes you a few trys to adjust. You have a breakfast of oatmeal each day and dinner of a fruit and veggie at night. You still love to nurse, and mommy is so blessed to be able to continue nursing you. My favorite feeding is the sleepy feeding before bedtime. I love watching your eyelids get heavy as you fill up your precious belly.

- You are currently wearing 12 month clothing and size 3 diapers. We go to the doctor today for your measurements. So I'll have to post them when we're done.

- You still sleep through the night! Thank you! You are not a fabulous napper at daycare, but it doesn't seem to bother you. On the weekends you take a good morning nap and a short afternoon nap on average. You would rather play, play, play.

- You love to play. We do a lot of play on the floor. You are doing great playing on your belly as well as sitting up with very little support. Your favorite is to sit up and play with a toy in your lap.

- You are definitely still teething. You have become quite a faucet of drool. We are expecting a precious tooth anyday now. You are a happy teether, not much fussing to it so far.

- You are able to get your toes into your mouth now, which is a bit of a shocker considering you have the cutest chunky thighs to get past.

- You continue to smile, and laugh. Rarely are you unhappy. Your favorite entertainment continues to be your big brother. The sun rises and sets on Wyatt and he LOVES to make you laugh. You and your brother are pure joy to us! Just watching you two play and laugh is such an amazing interaction. Love that Daddy & I get a front row seat to watching you two grow.

- We have started helmet therapy last month to treat the flat spot on the front of your head. You could care less about wearing the helmet. It is just the norm for you and we couldn't be happier to see how it doesn't phase you. It is funny to see you rub your head on whatever you are laying on whenever your helmet is off. So cute.

Walker, you are such a precious gift, and we feel so very blessed to be your parents. You are literally one of the happiest, chilled out, joyful babies around. We know that each day we have you & Wyatt is such a gift, and we cherish every moment, soaking it all up!
