Thanksgiving Break

We have certainly enjoyed our Thanksgiving Break this past week.  The boys had the entire week off and Mommy only had to work Monday and Friday.  We had fun doing all sorts of activities.  The boys put together a gingerbread house which certainly didn't last even an hour after it was built.  Ha!  They had more fun destroying it than they did putting it together.  Yep, they are boys!
 Ta da!
Thanksgiving day we all slept in which was FABULOUS!  Once I got the boys dressed I tried for a pic.  (I typically try to get one to send out to family each holiday.)  Again, boys will be boys, so I had to let them get in their crazy, silly faces before trying for a cute pic.  Aren't they funny?!
The so sweet Thanksgiving ecard.  Love these two boys so much!
We spent the day at my mom's house.  My grandmother, uncle and his family all came up for a yummy thanksgiving lunch.  My mom did a fabulous job preparing everything.  It was great for me as I didn't have to travel.
Wyatt teaching Susan, Kathryn and Vivian how to play a game.
Grammie got these great turkey stickers which she used as place cards.  Once they had served their purpose Wyatt and Walker had fun sticking them all over themselves.

Since we had done a huge lunch, we went to Steak and Shake for a quick dinner before heading home.  The boys love coloring and putting together the little car while we wait for our food.

After I got home from work on Friday, all of us got in the Christmas spirit and began the process of decorating the house.  The boys are SO excited about Christmas and love putting up all the decor as much as I do.  Who doesn't love this time of year?!!
The boys both have a tree in their rooms, there is one in the playroom, and there is the grand 9 foot tree in the living room.  We are not quite done getting everything up as this year we are contemplating putting lights on the house.  The boys both love seeing the houses that have lights and keep asking when we can have some.  Maybe this next weekend we will give it a whirl.  :)

We sure hope everyone had a blessed Thanksgiving!  Stay tuned for our Christmas fun, and. . . in just 2 more weeks we should be finding out if we are having a boy or a girl!  Yay!  I'm impatiently excited!!
