Our big Boy!!

Today I took Walker for his 3 year check up with Dr. Patton.  He did FABULOUS!!  Walker, of course, is one BIG boy!  He weighed in at 38.5 pounds and is 42 inches tall!  Both of these are greater than then 97th percentile!!  Dr. Patton was quite impressed with his manners and how well he is potty trained for the past almost year now not to mention how amazingly verbal Walker has become.  We talked about ways to help Walker transition from being the baby to becoming an older brother in just a few short weeks! 

 

After his check up, I took Walker to see the bunnies and trains at Phillips Toy Mart.  He loved the bunnies.  We would go check out a few aisle of toys and then go back to check on the bunnies. 

 Walker still loves trains, so we certainly had to check those out too! 

I just look at Walker with amazement each day.  He has grown into such a boy without a hint of baby left.  He is independent, very verbal, rambunctious, and has an amazing imagination!  God knew just what he was doing when he gave us our sweet Walker.  It is going to be a fun adventure to watch him grow!
