Madeline turned 2 weeks old today!
We had a great report at the doctor's office. She is now past her birth weight weighing in at 8 lbs, 13 oz and is at 21 1/4 inches long.
Madeline is quite the calm addition to our home. She is nursing every 3 hours. She is beginning to come out of her newborn fog and is very awake and alert after her morning feeding.
Miss Madeline is starting to smile more and tracking faces as we chat with her.
Like Lillian, Madeline has bright eyes and loves watching her big brothers and sister.
We are soaking up every moment of sweet Madeline as we know from experience how quickly these babies grow up. Daddy sneaks home on his breaks just to hold her for a few minutes.
