Keeping busy & having fun

We have been keeping busy with all sorts of activities this week. This lil sassafras keeps us on our toes for sure. This attire is what she decided to put on as her idea of getting ready for bed. Sweet girly girl!!
Wyatt loves to sit by his sister and play and kind of multitask entering his reading log for school.
Sometimes keeping busy will wear you out. Lol!
During the week the girls and I stay busy with all sorts of fun and play. Here is big sis teaching lil sis about princess tea parties.
Walker had crazy hair day at school. With a little hair gel and baby powder. . . VoilĂ !!
Lillian loves giving Madeline little kisses all day.
This week I worked on teaching Lillian recognition of the letter A and things that start with A.
Of course I got my baby snuggles in too.
Since I was coming up on my 6 wk postpartum visit, I wanted to take my favorite OB some treats as a thank you. After dinner I hammered out these sweet strawberry cookies. Nothing like icing cookies in 30 min before baby needed to eat.
The next night I whipped out cookies for Lillian's birthday party. I have been a cookie making and decorating machine this week. Yummy!!
I packaged the cookies up and a little note for my OB. My 6 week appointment went great. Dr. Ellington says I am definitely not your typical csection recovery as I have bounced back so quickly. I'm thankful for that for sure.
After such a busy fun week it's nice to sleep in sometimes. Lol!
