The first week of school means. . . lots of tired kids adjusting to the school week routine. It means lots of pictures of Madeline since the bigger kids weren't up to much after school each day.
These two are such a pair.
We prepped for our week by fun Sunday shenanigans.
Mommy held tired girls in her arms for naps.
We worked on helping Madeline sit up independently. She's so close.

Friday I was done with my CPR re-certification early, so I picked the girls up and spent the afternoon loving on them.
Our Friday night was looking a bit wild. Ha! I think we have a bear in there!
Yesterday we went to dinner with Grammie, and as we were talking about the crazy amount of drool our sweet Madeline has I just happened to feel her gums and. . . she has a tooth!! It's hard to see but it's sharp and there! The big kids are SO excited for her!
We're heading into another week of school when homework really begins. So early bedtimes, reading logs, spelling word practice and more are all here and we continue to transition into these routines. It's also hard to believe the month is half over!! Wow! Time is moving quickly!
