Santa and birthday for Papa

We are getting all ready for the holidays from making snow at daycare to visiting Santa.  We expected tears from Walker but he did fine.  No tears, just one serious look. 

 

 So serious. . .

 Tonight we went out to eat with Grammie and Papa to celebrate Papa's birthday.  The boys just adore them so much and it is fun to watch them interact.  Grammie brought items to keep the boys occupied while we waited for our order.  It started with stickers, all over the face of course, and rounded out with yummy suckers. 

 

 

 

This weekend has really heightened our appreciation of the time we have with our children considering all of the tragic events which occurred on Friday in Connecticut.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to all the family and friends affected by the evil which has invaded our world.  We cling to our hope and faith in the Lord and pray for the peace of the Lord to fill our hearts.
