Wyatt and Daddy had fun ending out their Spring Break. Unfortunately for me, I injured my back and have been on the couch with muscle relaxers for the past few days. We were unable to go to the zoo due to my back and bad weather. So, Matt had to be creative in keeping Wyatt busy so I could rest my back. Wednesday afternoon, Matt took Wyatt to the car wash to help him wash the truck. Wyatt had a blast with the AWESOME squirt gun! He was quite the helper.

Thursday and Friday were pretty much uneventful. Friday morning we did manage to go see the bunnies at Phillips Toy Mart. Wyatt was way more interested in checking out the trains and many, many other toys around. Friday afternoon we spent in front of the TV hoping to miss the tornados that came through. Thank goodness we did, but the some families in Murfreesboro were not so fortunate. Lots of homes were hit and we are praying and thinking about those families.
Today we had a blast going to Connor’s birthday party. Connor is one of Wyatt friends from preschool who he talks about often and plays with so much. It was so sweet of them to include us in celebrating Connor’s 3rd birthday. The kids had a blast hunting easter eggs, breaking apart a piñata, collecting candy, and eating cake and ice cream. Wyatt was not too thrilled with Connor opening presents. We had to keep explaining it was Connor’s birthday and these were his presents. Wyatt got over it once the presents were open and play time began. The boys had fun running around the backyard and playing.
