This was one of our lazier weekends. One, because we didn't have much planned, and two, because of all the rainy weather. We did manage to get over to Grammie's house. Wyatt had fun batting the nerf ball around the yard. He did manage to knock out a dandiloin or two as well. We had an enjoyable afternoon hanging with Grammie and even managed to get out to dinner that evening with her too!

WARNING: THE IMAGES YOU SEE BELOW ARE NOT MEANT TO BE OFFENSIVE IN ANY WAY! I JUST WANT TO TELL YOU ABOUT WHAT WE ARE WORKING ON WITH WYATT!!
Lately we have notice Wyatt has a special way of pointing to things. . . his oh so cute MIDDLE finger. He is not flipping us off when he does it, or at least we hope not. He is just merely showing us stuff. We have been working hard to tell him to use his pointer finger also walking that fine line of not alerting him that his middle finger may be offensive. We don't want him to think this is cute or anything. To us it is rather humerous, especially since we can look back on one of Matt's cousins, Paxton, who also had a habit of doing this for which we would laugh for hours over. I guess the joke is on us. Ha Ha!

Wyatt showing us what mommy & daddy say is the pointer finger.
And his favorite, both fingers together proudly annoucing that he is 2!

To round out our rainy Sunday afternoon, what would be better than burying mommy in a pile of pillows! He had a blast building them up and would pout so much if I knocked my way out of them. He can be so funny at times.
Here is Mommy buried among the pillows with a little peep hole.
Wyatt adds his blanket to call it a tent.
Mommy & Wyatt cuddles. (They are my FAVORITE!!!)
We hope everyone had a great weekend and is heading into a nice week. Hopefully the April showers will let up around here so we can get back outside some more. In the meantime, we'll keep working on those pointer fingers :)
