Daddy Had a Birthday!

Yesterday was Daddy's birthday. We had really already done some celebrating, so this was more of a low key evening with a little cake and a present or two. Oh yes, we had to sing "Happy Birthday" to Daddy. Below is a video of the Wyatt singing.

The cake was specially chosen more for Wyatt's benefit (and it was quite delicious!) He absolutely LOVES to blow out some "birtday candles".

Speaking of those who are getting older, our little man is growing up oh so very fast. I was looking at pictures today of just a year ago when Wyatt had some too cute chubbiness. And now, well, it is gone. He is a tall, skinny little man who couldn't be more independent. As much as we miss the baby stage, and oh I miss it somedays, we treasure all the new moments, new adventures, new words, new tricks, exuberant personality, and the evergrowing tender heart that is our precious boy! How sweet is this!
