This week has been one of a bunch of things wrapping up. The boys had their last three days of school and I had my last week of my last maternity leave. Tears! It has been a busy and fun week.
Walker loves holding his baby sister. These two sure do look alike.
On Monday, Madeline wanted me to hold her constantly all morning. It's like she knew I needed extra cuddles this week and I certainly did.
Check out those cheeks!
Sweet smiles all around!
I had some time this week to make these cute bandana bibs from some fabric scraps. I love how they turned out.
Wednesday was our last day home with just the girls as the boys headed off to school for their last days of 3rd grade and kindergarten.
Love how Madeline chats with me.
Lillian loves having me wrap up her baby dolls and putting them in Madeline's swing and on her playmat. Lillian is such a good little mommy. I'm sure she will be Daddy's big helper on the days I'm at work.
This week we did get two more letters in with I for ice cream. Yummy!
sweet smiles
Wednesday Matt had a big morning giving the 8th grade commencement speech. The kids vote on who they want and they picked him. He was a bit nervous, but nailed it!
J is for Jellyfish. Yikes! Now that Walker's home he definitely wants to join in with whatever crafts and coloring I plan.
I love that he too has a crafting and creative heart. While he was at Grammie and Papa's house yesterday, he drew a self portrait complete with his silver capped tooth and a light saber. I just love it!!
Baby bubbles!
Last night Wyatt disappeared for awhile and when he emerged he presented his very large T Rex creation he had been saving from Christmas. He was so proud that he had put it together all by himself without any help. This thing is awesome!
So we've wrapped up a lot this week, but so brings new things this week including a summer break routine, me going back to work and Wyatt turning 10!! Stay tuned.
